All-Out Effort for Haiti
Catholic Relief Services has mobilized a massive relief effort to respond to the desperate needs of Haiti's earthquake survivors. We started distributing lifesaving supplies like food and water almost immediately in Port-au-Prince, where CRS has a warehouse stocked with emergency rations. Despite enormous logistical challenges, CRS continues to bring aid into the country. Staff set up medical care facilities and delivered hygiene kits, plastic sheeting, food and water, to camps that have sprung up around Port-au-Prince.
